As Director of Emerging Business Team at Microsoft, Eduardo developed successful business strategies for entrepreneurs in many parts of the world.

Ken Carlson helps entrepreneurs prepare for the rapid-fire questions that come during pitches to investors, business partners and prospective employees/partners.
Ken has more than 40 years experience in the financial services industry working with advisors and an investor in a variety of technology startups, focusing on investor relations and networking. He has held senior roles in technology start-ups as well as international financial institutions.
At Accelement, Ken will review product and business concepts, pitches and executive summaries and offer observations based on experience as a coach and investor. His networking experience makes him a connector to prospective investors, consultants and business partners in Washington’s entrepreneurial community.

As a human performance trainer with more than 16 years of corporate experience in the tech industry as well as getting mentored by some of the best human performance teachers in the world, Danny Chirku is now devoting 100% of his focus and energy to follow his passion for coaching entrepreneurs seeking career and financial success. Danny has extensive experience in process engineering, release management, system implementation, project management as well as team harmonization.
Networking and Pitch Consultant
Claire’s work with entrepreneurs, focusing on new business development, presentations and content marketing, shows founders how to build relationships, maintain connections and generate business throughout the Pacific Northwest. She understands how the mix of event attendance and participation, timely content development and marketing automation, can help founders successfully target business leaders and investors with their messages.

My skills and expertise are in bringing strategy to execution. With a business degree in strategy and product management, and experience of working in hi-tech, I have brought these two worlds together from ideation to implementation. My primary function is product management, product marketing. Helping start-ups to figure out monetization, business models, implementation is at the core of my interest in the community.

Andrew Hayden has spent over 25 years building, managing and executing brand and marketing programs for companies ranging from global giants like IBM, Siemens and Coca-Cola, to multiple startups. His startup work includes as a co-founder, a Vice President of Marketing for a venture funded media startup, and brand architect/director for a company that raised over $60M in Series A. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from Syracuse University and an MBA in business and marketing from Emory University.
Currently, he helps early stage startups define their brand foundation and use it to build effective business and marketing processes.
I have nearly two decades of marketing experience and 10 years leading Marketing teams inside of scaling Startup organizations. As VP of Marketing, I was responsible for the building and later selling of the company Trover to Expedia, and I led B2B and B2C Marketing for Cheezburger – the brand that popularized memes. Over the course of my career, I have demonstrated success in creating growth strategies for businesses, brands, and teams. I have also been highly successful in building B2C businesses. I have a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University and B.S. policy in life.
Nabil has a BS from MIT and a law degree from Stanford University. As an attorney, insurance executive, financial advisor, and board member, he helps startups in management, finance, healthcare regulatory and privacy compliance.
Nabil applies his background and experience in law, finance and management to further the success of each startup. As an entrepreneur, Nabil faced the same financial challenges as all startups, and works with entrepreneurs to identify options that permit them to maintain greater ownership and control of their businesses then traditional equity financing.

Charlotte guides companies building new offerings, pivoting, or scaling to buy smarter to improve profits, minimize risks and justify procurement decisions to investors, clients, and lenders.
Charlotte specializes in procurement and information strategies in cutting-edge, high growth organizations. She is certified in information (CIP)and technology procurement (CTPE, CCCM) and holds a Masters in Information Studies (MLIS) from Florida State University with a focus on knowledge management.
Shreya B. Ley

Shreya’s engineering degree followed by a stint in worldwide petroleum exploration, tested her analytic skills. Running a successful startup forged her business management skills. As part of the New Orleans BioInnovations Center, Shreya helped commercialize technologies coming out of local universities and graduate schools.

Hi, I’m Ren! I’ve worked in the non-profit world, as well as on and with lots of start-ups and small businesses. I help entrepreneurs with their “online presence” (your virtual self). This includes websites, blog/vlogs/podcasts, social media, online marketing/sales funnels, etc. My real niche is in online education and packaging content so that it is scalable, sharable, engaging, and results oriented for an online audience. Janet’s passion is global workforce mobility and cultural transition – helping companies find, retain, and motivate people from around the world. She’s an experienced coach and organizational development consultant, having lived and worked on four continents coaching NGOs, corporations and startups including JikoPower, Social Venture Partners, IBM, O2, ING Bank, the Slovak EU representation in Brussels, and the Open Society Foundation. During her ten years in global health, Janet worked in Bolivia, Cote d’Ivoire, Czech Republic, Kenya, Madagascar, Nepal and Zambia.

David Prindle specializes in entrepreneurship and business operations for small businesses ranging from start-ups to accelerating companies that are preparing for the next phase of growth. David has worked for and consulted to a wide range of entrepreneurial companies, including marketing agencies, software developers, sales training services, food manufacturers and non-profit organizations. David will be advising on a range of topics including business plan development, product market fit, hiring practices, productivity tools, general accounting, business law, company culture and HR, office planning, operations and business development.
